Questions about shipping?

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at any time through info@thetinyuniverse.se. Remember to state your order number when contacting us, you will find your order number in the confirmation e-mail you received when you placed your order.

 

How much is import duties and taxes?

The import duties and taxes fees are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country, and the amount can vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. The Tiny Universe has no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be, as custom policies and import duties vary very widely from country to country. For more information and specific amounts, contact your local customs office.

 

Who pays for customs & import charges?

All customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The Tiny Universe has no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be, as custom policies and import duties vary very widely from country to country. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs and for this reason charges can be applied. We apologize for any inconveniences in this matter but we have no control over this and are not able to supply any details why or for how long your parcel can be delayed.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address. If you did not receive an order confirmation please email us at order@thetinyuniverse.se, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

About the site

We photograph all our products with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original as possible. But since computer screens and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the products you see on the screen will look exactly the same in real life. However, the difference is usually hardly noticeable. We, The Tiny Universe, are the sole owners of the copyright to any images, logos and products displayed on this site. Accordingly no one else has the right to copy, distribute, advertise, offer for sale or sell any material that copies, in whole or in part, or that is based on our copyright, without our express permission.

 

Privacy

In order to be able to deliver you your products you need to submit some personal data. We promise not to send this data to a third party – we do, however, need to give your address to our forwarding companies so that they can deliver your products.

 

Washing instructions

The washing instructions for our garments are individual, therefore we strongly advice you to check the wash tag (situated inside each garment) before washing. Our general washing instructions however, are the following:

- Remove any accessories from the garments before washing, such as attached feathers and flowers

- Turn the garment inside out before washing

- Wash the garment with other pieces of clothing to avoid the barrel of the machine to break the fibres of the fabric

- If the garment has any sort of printed area, do not iron directly on it, instead turn the garment inside out and iron on the back using the minimum amount of heat needed

- Do not tumble dry, in stead hang garment to dry

- And most importantly, plesae read the wash tag inside the garment before washing

 

CHOOSE WISELY

Garments with high quality and long-lasting design are essential for building a sustainable wardrobe. Sooner or later when the little ones outgrow their clothes, a good piece of garment is always wanted by someone else.

 

REPAIR AND REWEAR

Give your garment a second chance by covering stubborn stains or holes with leftover fabric or patches. When it’s time to say goodbye – recycle, resell or donate your garments to an organization.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

(Please note that we are located in Sweden differences in time zones may affect the below.)

All Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.

All orders outside Sweden will be shipped using DHL Express, orders within Sweden are sent via Postnord free of charge or with DHL Express for an extra charge. When placing an order in our shop, a shipping cost will be added to your total order value. Below you’ll find a list of our normal delivery costs, these may vary slightly due to current exchange rates. Normal shipping time: 1-2 business days

 

EUROPEAN UNION

DHL Express: 100 SEK/ 10 Euro

Normal delivery time: 1-3 business days

 

REST OF THE WORLD (Outside Europe)

DHL Express: 120 SEK/ 12 Euro

Normal delivery time: 2-4 business days
