Order quantity

Our minimum order quantity for clothing: 20 pcs in total, size and models of your choice. Our minimum order quantity for books: 6 pcs

Taxes and duties 

Orders to countries outside Sweden may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.

Making a purchase

A purchase becomes valid when you recieve a confirmation from The Tiny Universe through e-mail. The order confirmation is automatically generated through our system without any manual supervision. If any misstake would take place regarding for example pricing, delivery times etc. The Tiny Universe maintains the right to correct this after an order has been confirmed. All orders recieved will be stored at the Tiny Universe and are available through The Tiny Universe customer service.

Payment/ Invoice

Payment will be made through invoice within 15 days from placement of order. Your invoice will be sent along with your goods. If payment is not made within 15 days, interest will emanate according to swedish interest laws.

Prices

When logged in to your account all prices you see are excluding swedish taxes (25% on clothing and 6% on books).

Deliveries and delivery times

Below you will find a list of our normal delivery times. In certain cases delivery times may be longer than what is stated here, in those rare events we will notify you through e-mail and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 3-5 workdays
The Nordic Countries: 5-8 workdays
Euorope: 6-10 workdays
The rest of the world: 7-12 workdays

Shipping

Your order will be delivered by Schenker Transports to the address you have stated. For more information about our shipping prices, please contact us at info@thetinyuniverse.se.

Order minimum

Our books can only be ordered in the following quantities.6, 12, 24, 48 and so on. Our clothes can only be ordered in the following quantity or larger: 15 pieces in total, model and size according to your wishes.
