Shipping 

When placing an order in our shop, a shipping cost will be added to your total order value. Below you’ll find a list of our normal delivery costs; these may vary slightly due to current exchange rates. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at any time at info@thetinyuniverse.se

All shipping prices are approximate:
Shipping within Sweden: 29 SEK/ 3 Euro
Shipping to the rest of  Europe: 49 SEK/ 5 Euro
Shipping to the rest of the world: 69 SEK/ 7 Euro

Questions about shipping?

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at info@thetinyuniverse.se at any time. Remember to state your order number when contacting us, you will find your order number in the confirmation e-mail you received when you placed your order.

Delivery times

Below you will find a list of our normal delivery times. In certain cases delivery times may be longer than what is stated here, in those rare events we will notify you through e-mail and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. 

Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 3-5 workdays
The Nordic Countries: 5-8 workdays
Euorope: 6-10 workdays
The rest of the world: 7-12 workdays 

The Tiny Universe returns and exchanges policy

You have the right to exchange or return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The product has to be unused, with labels and packaging intact.

When you return or exchange products, you have to cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your product or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. You won't be reimbursed for our original shipping charges.

How to return or exchange our products

Contact us and state your order number, which product you wish to return and, if you'd like, the reason for the return (it helps us make our products even better). Then please wait until we contact you. If you do not contact us before sending back the product, you might not receive your refund or exchange

Our policy regarding complaints

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or mispackaged products, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Either by offering you a new product or a refund depending on your wish.

About the site

We photograph all our products with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original as possible. But since computer screens and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the products you see on the screen will look exactly the same in real life. However, the difference is usually hardly noticeable.

Privacy

In order to be able to deliver you your products, you need to submit some personal data. We promise not to send this data to a third party – we do, however, need to give your address to our distributor so that they can deliver the products.

Washing instructions

The washing instructions for our garments are individual, therefore we strongly advice you to check the wash tag (situated inside each garment) before washing. Our general instructions however, are the following:

- Iron our garments inside out and using minimum amount of heat
- Wash our garments according to the instructions on the wash tag
